III SYMPOSIUM
THE EFFECT OF CHRONIC HYPOXIA ON DISEASES AT HIGH ALTITUDE

Dedicated to the memory of
John Scott Haldane, FRS and
Joseph Barcroft, FRS

       Oct 16 - 23, 2010

La Paz - Bolivia

High Altitude Pathology
Clinica IPPA

First Symposium follow-up

 Scientific Program

Please note that this scientific program will be modified as we are proud to announce that the International Society of Chronic Hypoxia and the High Altitude Pulmonary and Pathology Institute (IPPA) has a joint venture, thanks to CISCO's leading edge technology, yet unreleased latest software, WebEx that will allow real-time fully interactive conferencing from anywhere in the world. You need to register and sign up. You will listen to and see the full presentations as they occur and you can ask questions, make comments, etc. Your image can also be displayed if you have a camera.

This symposium has the rule that everyone should be given the same chance to expose their knowledge. As in the previous symposium, we strongly encourage the expression of scientific opinions and discussion. Times of presentation may vary slightly if speakers fail to show up, but as before this free time is wisely used to further expose, analyze, inquire and conclude new ideas. Please note that this program is subject to changes, including dates, depending on climatic and circumstancial conditions. This implies a possible modification of the sites of travel. The organizers will find the optimal conditions for a succesful symposium
